What is JUG San Diego?

The San Diego Joomla User Group was created to identify Joomla developers, designers and users within the City of San Diego. This group is for users of all skill levels and can assist those who are curious about Joomla and how it can help create fully functional websites. Through our efforts to bring the San Diego Joomla Community together we will make every effort possible to give back to Joomla and it's developers.

Who can Join?

We encourage anyone living in San Diego to join our growing network of people interested in Joomla. Whether you are a graphic designer, web consultant, programmer, or someone with the smallest interest,  we welcome you.

About this Website

This website will serve as the official hub for all things Joomla in San Diego. It will give those users of common interest a chance to collaborate and develop Joomla related projects. As well as, provide tips and tutorials that both beginning and advanced Joomla users can utilize. Monthly meetings will begin in January of 2009 at various locations within San Diego county. Some possible locations can include, The Malcolm X Library, Colleges, Community centers, etc.. All events will be posted on this website.

The Road Ahead

With the help of it's users, this group will create a self sustaining existence and provide opportunities for members to not only grow as Joomla users but may also create training and career opportunities.
